Kelly L. Fayer, Esquire

Attorney Kelly L. Fayer grew up in Southwest Florida.  She later moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  After graduating from Washington & Lee University, School of Law, in 1997, she moved back to Lee County beginning her legal career as a prosecutor.  In 2006, after practicing law for a few years at a well-respected firm, she established Kelly L. Fayer, P.A.  She has since been dedicated to provide members of Southwest Florida with quality services.  She is a member of and holds a leadership position many organizations in the local area, including Vice President of the Lee County Bar Association, Treasurer of CAMEO of Lee County, and an Advisory Board Member for Impact Initiative. In addition, she volunteers as much as she could, with organizations such as PACE Center for Girls and Relay for Life.

Anna Ray, Legal Assistant

Anna was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She moved from Puerto Rico to Charleston, South Carolina in 1998 and from South Carolina to Cape Coral, Florida in July 2001. Anna is bilingual. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her son.

Anna obtained her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Later, she obtained a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Psychology from Keiser University in Fort Myers. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Keiser University.

Anna began her legal career in December 2008 and has since assisted clients with Social Security Disability claims, wage and hour disputes, foreclosure defense, bankruptcies, criminal defense, and family law. She joined our firm in June 2014 and continues to focus on assisting clients in family law disputes.

Ashley Rusciano, Legal Assistant

Ashley was born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey. She moved to Fort Myers after graduating high school to attend Florida Gulf Coast University.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Forensic Science, a Bachelor of Criminal Justice, and a minor in Anthropology in December 2013.

She joined our firm in September 2014 as Receptionist, and she soon after moved up to Legal Assistant, after showing great effort and exceeded expectations.  If you have Estate Planning, Probate, or Guardianship matter, she would be the one assisting you throughout the process.

In her spare time, she an Irish dancer with the Kellyn Celtic Arts Irish Dance Academy in Fort Myers.  She also enjoys the outdoors and loves to explore, go on adventures, and take wildlife photographs.

Faviola Roman, Receptionist

Faviola was born and raised in Peru, moving to Southwest Florida in 1998.  She attended Florida Southwestern, where she graduated with her associate's degree in Political Science.  She is currently working on obtaining her bachelor's degree in Legal Studies.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband.  She enjoys spending time outside, especially on the beach at Sanibel Island.  She is the newest addition to our firm.  She would be more than happy to assist you in scheduling a consultation.
